There I was minding my own business having a cigarette outside when it began. I could feel the hairs on the back of my neck begin to stand up and those bumps from a goose soon overtook my body. It was bouncing about my brain and slowly working its way into my subconscious

I have not heard the song in years and have never been a fan of the group. Something about Swedish disco pop that just makes suicide seem so appealing. I suppose a rather large hole in my head would let the song out and give me a moment of peace.

Ackkkkk! ABBA! It's so strange that you should get an ABBA earworm because I get them fairly frequently. And it's usually "Dancing Queen" or "Fernando." Is this one of those cases of mass psychosis? LOL!

I usually have the theme from Disney's Robin Hood in my head. A song with words is very rare, but they are never songs I like.
I learned of the earworm a few years ago and even wrote it up in the company news letter as a new "medical" find. It was the April Fool's Day issue I believe.
It's just another in a long line of Snigglets. Remember Snigglets? Words that should be in the dictionary but aren't. My favorite was "Hoseone" which is that magic place in your dryer that one sock always goes to.
That's funny, considering I found a tribute to Abba CD at work today. Not sung by Abba.
I read somewhere they turned down a billion dollars for a reunion. See, there is a God!

Earworms. I think I'm the king of earworms. Always have them crawling around and annoying me. ABBA. Being in Germany I've been assaulted by them for years. In the early 70's when my wife and I would visit the Discos, that is about all you would hear. Can't forget Bonnie M, worse than ABBA.
