BOOM!

John Lennon once wrote that life is what happens while you are busy making other plans. Life happened today and the world I inhabit has shifted quite severely. Nothing Earth-shattering, but it is a major upheaval that I am not totally free right now to go into details about. All I can say is that I am very busy today and do not have time for any real blogging. I will visit all your sites I hope tonight. I have no PS3 again so I have plenty of time.

PS- A new essay is about half way finished and I hope to have it at Blogcritics by the end of the week. I am getting better at writing nicotine free, but it is still very slow going.

What's goin' on, dude? I hope it's not too bumpy a detour. You're not engaged or anything, are you?:)

Work is undergoing a major change: the partners are going their separate ways and, while it was on a back burner as a possibility, it was not considered a real option. Today, without the benefit of a warning shot, we were betrayed by multiple sources at the same time. To be honest, one of those sources has broken my heart because I defended that source and never in a million years thought them capable of such a deep seated betrayal. I am questioning my judgment now on everything and everyone. I am not a person easily fooled.

That person claimed once to read this blog so I hope they can see those words above: YOU BROKE MY HEART TODAY!

I am still too bitter to blog right now. I held in quite a bit until my drive home and am now still fuming mad.

I did not smoke today though, so small victories! I asked for one, but no one gave me one. I thanked them for that an hour later.

Gemini
May 21 - June 20
Today, dear Gemini, is a day to separate the wheat from the straw. Or, in other words, to take a good long look at your relationships and decide who is a true friend and who is not. You are very loyal, which is certainly to your credit. But what is the point of being loyal to people who do not return the courtesy? You have given your so-called friends more than enough opportunities to demonstrate their affection. As difficult as it may be for you, it is time to let these relationships fall by the wayside. Look at it this way: this will free you up to spend more time with your true friends.
